At The Authentic Bihar, our journey began with a simple conviction: the vibrant flavours, crafts, and stories of Bihar deserve a place on every Indian table—and, one day, tables around the world. From the fertile plains of the Ganga to the looms of Bhagalpur, our state has long nurtured ingredients and artisans whose skill is passed down through generations. Yet too often their work stays hidden in local haats, unseen by the wider market.

We set out to change that.

What we do
